1. Do you have order minimums?
No, we have no order minimums and we can take orders with as few as 1 gift set.
2. How much notice is needed for custom orders?
Depending on the quantity of gifts and the extent of customisation, we can fulfil orders from as fast as 3 days to 2 months. Keep in mind that we book assembly capacity with our team of Stay-At-Home-Mums so we recommend to reach out to us and confirm your order as soon as you can so we can reserve the items of your choice and book capacity.
3. Is it possible if I want to add in our own collaterals or merchandise?
Yes of course! Our corporate clients often have such a request and we offer storage service to keep your collaterals and merchandise so we can deploy accordingly to your instructions.
4. Can I ship my gifts to my clients individually?
Absolutely! We send corporate gifts individually all the time, especially during festive seasons. Delivery to each location is $15. If you have 100 locations and above, we can discuss with our delivery partner to work out a more competitive delivery charge for you.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We are able to ship your gifts internationally but we always recommend our clients otherwise as it is not an economic choice. The air shipping fee often exceeds the price of the gift itself so you will get more value if you were to order your gifts locally.
6. Do you offer discounts?
Our gift boxes are competitively priced and we are one of the most affordable gift providers and Singapore. Let us know your budget and your preference and we will offer you our most competitive options.
7. How does buying your gifts benefit Stay-At-Home-Mums?
Every gift at HoneySpree is hand-wrapped by our team of Stay-At-Home-Mums so every purchase you make keeps them employed. Our clients often share about our social cause and it helps their recipients appreciate the gifts even more!
8. Are your gift items halal?
We have a selection of halal items that we can curate for your gift box. Even if you require a few out of all your gift boxes to be halal, all you have to do is let us know and we will take care of it for you.
