Where can I apply my promo code?

 

You may apply your promo code in the field at the bottom of the Check-Out page.

 

Promo Code Validity 

 Why is my promo code invalid?

 

Promo codes are not applicable to all orders. Do make sure to read through the Terms and Conditions applied to each promo code.


It may be due to the following reasons:

  1. Promo code has expired, past its validity period.
  2. Promo code cannot be used on items on promotion.
  3. Only 1 promo code can apply for each order.
  4. Promo code can only be used once.

Exchange & Returns

 

Exchange Policy  

Under what conditions will I be able to exchange my products?

 

You are allowed to exchange products under the following conditions:

  1. Item received is defective or different from the product stated in your order confirmation.
  2. Item is in its original condition, sealed and unused.
  3. Exchange has to take place within 15 days of receipt.
  4. Exchange has been authorized by Customer Services.

 

Return Policy

Under what conditions will I be able to return my products?

 

You are only allowed to return purchases under the following conditions:

  1. Item received is defective or different from the product stated in your order confirmation.
  2. Item is in its original condition, sealed and unused.
  3. HoneySpree is unable to provide you with the original purchase made. 
  4. Return has been authorised by Customer Services.

Do note that you will be refunded in the form of HoneySpree's Store Credits, which will take 2-3 working days to be processed.

Shipping Charges

What are the shipping charges?

 

For orders below $50, shipping charges are $5 for items below 3kg and $10 for items above 3kg.

 

For orders above $50, SHIPPING IS FREE!

 

Delivery Window

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

 

For local shipping, shipping and delivery will take 3-4 working days.

 

Should you be concerned about your order, you may track them here when providing your order confirmation number!

 

Delayed Delivery

Why hasn’t my order reached me after 4 working days?

 

We apologise in advance if that ever happens. You may track your order status or contact us at custsvc@honeyspree.com for a more detailed follow-up.

 

International Shipping

Can I ship my order internationally?

 

You may ship your order beyond Singapore. Please contact us at custsvc@honeyspree.com or call us to allow us to facilitate this order personally.
