Sorry! We only carry one size which is 80g in total.
(50g for the glass jar and 30g for the honey)
WHAT KIND OF HONEY DO YOU SELL?
We only offer multi-floral honey.
ARE THE HONEY HALAL CERTIFIED AND SAFE TO CONSUME?
Our mini honey jars have all the necessary Halal certification and health documents.
We do not have the halal logo on our mini honey jars. As they are wrapped by our Stay-At-Home Mothers and in line with the regulations of MUIS, the halal logo can only be printed if the product is sold in its original packaging, i.e. no additional wrapper.

WHAT IS THE SHELF-LIFE OF YOUR HONEY?
The shelf life is 2 years from the manufacturing date on the label.

HOW SHOULD WE CARE FOR THE SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS?
How to wash the bamboo items?
Wash in warm soapy water and towel dry. Please do not Soak.
Can the bamboo products be used in the dishwasher or microwave?
We do not recommend using our products in the microwave or the dishwasher as extreme heat can reduce the lifetime of your natural bamboo.
Is the bamboo lunch box leakproof?
Due to the natural materials used to make the lunch box and they are plastic-free, Honeyspree’s bamboo lunch boxes are not 100% leakproof - so we would suggest not using them to carry liquids such as soups.
Customisation
I WOULD LIKE TO CREATE MY VERY OWN CUSTOM DESIGN. HOW CAN I GO ABOUT THIS?
We offer FREE custom designs for orders above S$300.
For orders below S$300, there will be a S$20 design fee charge.
Please note that the price per jar will still be from $5.75 onwards.
Here’s how to order:
-Please email us at hello@honeyspree.com to express your interest of creating your own custom design.
-We will send you an invoice and after completing the payment, we will proceed to start the designing process. Each purchase includes 3 editing rounds.
-We will send you a final proof to approve before production.
**Please note that for custom design, the lead time will be longer depending on the order quantity.**

HoneySpree accepts all major credit and debit card payments including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Atome and Grabpay. We do not accept cash payments.

Unfortunately, we do not offer bulk discounts as HoneySpree employs Stay-At-Home Mothers to wrap and pack our products and we give a certain percentage of the price goes to them. We hope to seek your kind understanding.

Promo codes are not applicable to all orders. Do make sure to read through the Terms and Conditions applied to each promo code.

Only 1 promo code can only be applied for each order.

Exchange Policy
UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS WILL I BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS?
We do not offer exchanges for our personalised range. However, you may contact us for an exchange under the following circumstances:
The design differs from the final artwork (includes spelling errors and incorrect dates).*
The item received is defective or different from the product stated in your order confirmation.
Exchanges must meet ALL of the following conditions:
Item is in its original condition, sealed and unused.
Exchange has to take place within 30 days of receipt.
Exchange has been authorised by our Customer Service officer.
*Does not include minor variances in colour or placement. Product may vary in appearance depending on device being used to view this website.
Return Policy
UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS WILL I BE ABLE TO RETURN MY PRODUCTS?
You are only allowed to return purchases under the following conditions:
Item received is defective or different from the product stated in your order confirmation.
Item is in its original condition, sealed and unused.
HoneySpree is unable to provide you with the original purchase made.
Return has been authorized by our Customer Service officer.
Do note that you will be refunded in the form of HoneySpree's Store Credits, which will take 2-3 working days to be processed.

DO YOU DO MULTIPLE-LOCATION DELIVERIES?
Yes, we do! There is a delivery fee ranging from $15 for each location depending on the items purchased. If you would like to opt for this, please write in to us at hello@honeyspree.com.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
For orders below S$150, delivery charges are S$15*.
For orders above S$150, delivery is free to 1 location*!

Yes, we do! Please note that there will be a $25 weekend delivery fee. To request for weekend delivery, please select 'Weekend Delivery (Saturday only)' upon checking out.

We process payouts via PayPal monthly on the 15th of every month. Commission become available for payment when total earnings reach $20.
If the minimum payout amount is not reached, the commission will be processed on the next payout date instead. If a payment date falls on a public holiday, the payout will be processed on the next business day instead.
