Home Remedy for Better Wellbeing

For centuries, Manuka Honey has been viewed as a health food, and in some cultures, it is even used as medicine. Combined with another power-food, Cinnamon, both ingredients may help improve overall wellbeing over time!
Below, we present you our home remedy that will fit snuggly into your busy schedule, as it requires no more than 5 minutes!
Add 1-2 Cinnamon sticks into a cup of hot water and stir in a tablespoon of Manuka Honey. Have this once a day.
These ingredients contain properties that may aid in reducing inflammation and development of heart diseases. Furthermore, Manuka Honey also acts as a cough suppressant, adding onto the many benefits this concoction brings!
Remember to choose quality Manuka Honey and Cinnamon sticks, as they contain higher amount of properties that brings about the benefits mentioned above! As mentioned in our previous post, Manuka Honey can be chosen based on their UMF rating. As for Cinnamon, Ceylon Cinnamon is a better choice as it contains less coumarin (a chemical naturally found in cinnamon, which can be harmful in large doses) than Cassia Cinnamon.
