All our mini honey jars comes in 28g, 4cm tall and 4.5cm across.

Yes, we do! Please refer to individual product listing for the list of pricing.

We offer FREE custom design for orders above S$200. 

For orders below S$200, there will be a S$20 design fee charge.

Here’s how to order:

-Please email us at hello@honeyspree.com to express your interest of creating your own custom design.

-We will send you an invoice and after completing the payment, we will proceed to start the designing process. Each purchase includes 3 editing rounds.  

-We will send you a final proof to approve before production. 

**Please note that for custom design, the lead time will be longer depending on the order quantity.**

Yes it is possible! There will be an additional $0.50 charge for each bottle for individual customisation.

HoneySpree accepts all major credit and debit card payments including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

We only accept Singapore Dollars.

Promo codes are not applicable to all orders. Do make sure to read through the Terms and Conditions applied to each promo code.

It may be due to the following reasons:

1. Promo code has expired, past its validity period.
2. Promo code cannot be used on items on promotion.
3. Only 1 promo code can only be applied for each order.
4. Promo code can only be used once.

We do not offer exchanges for our personalised range. However, you may contact us for an exchange under the following circumstances:

1. The design differs from the final artwork (includes spelling errors and incorrect dates).*
2. The item received is defective or different from the product stated in your order confirmation.

Exchanges must meet ALL of the following conditions:

1. Item is in its original condition, sealed and unused.
2. Exchange has to take place within 30 days of receipt.
3. Exchange has been autorized by our Customer Service officer.

*Does not include minor variances in color or placement. Product may vary in appearance depending on device being used to view this website.

You are only allowed to return purchases under the following conditions: 

1. Item received is defective or different from the product stated in your order confirmation.
2. Item is in its original condition, sealed and unused.
3. HoneySpree is unable to provide you with the original purchase made.
4. Return has been authorized by our Customer Service officer.

All sales are final and strictly no cancellations are allowed once payment is received.

For orders below S$100, shipping charges are S$5.

For orders above S$100, SHIPPING IS FREE!

Yes, we do! Please note that there will be a $20 weekend delivery surcharge. To request for weekend delivery, please email us at hello@honeyspree.com or call us at +65 8686 2990.

For orders below 150 pieces, shipping and delivery will take 5 - 7 working days.

For orders of 150 pieces and above, shipping and delivery will take 7 - 10 working days.

For orders of 300 pieces and above, shipping and delivery will take about 10 - 14 working days.

For orders of 600 pieces and above, shipping and delivery will take 14 - 21 working days.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Please indicate self-collection on the checkout page. 

You may pick up your order at our office at 73 Upper Paya Lebar Road, #06-01K Centro Bianco Singapore 534818 (Nearest MRT Station is Tai Seng MRT Station, Exit A). Please indicate self-collection in the 'Notes' section on the checkout page.

Our office is open from 11:00am - 6:00pm from Monday to Friday.
